Lead Generation Event Program

Target

Women 25-54 who are exercise enthusiasts.

Mission

Assist with lead generation for prospective Team in Training (TNT) participants. Raise LLS’s & TNT’s brand awareness as well as educate new prospects about the TNT regional events and fundraising details. As part of this initiative, OTA:

  • Sourced and booked events with combined attendance numbers of two million consumers.
  • Staffed 22 events and trained 44 sales representatives and brand ambassadors nationwide over three months.
  • Managed shipping schedules for booth materials and handled all onsite logistics.
  • Provided weekly results and customer feedback reports.

Results

  • Generated 1,200+ leads.
